Metallurgical engineers are employed in many industries and work for companies that refine, produce, manufacture and distribute metals.

Metallurgical has a wide scope. Because metals are used in so many industries, employment can be in large companies or small consulting firms. There are lots of companies in India doing metallurgy business for example all steel companies offer jobs to Metallurgical students.
